1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okjli ("okjli," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okjli website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

okjli operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR's rules and regulations, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the okjli Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. okjli does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okjli, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.

okjli reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the okjli Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active okjli account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and residential address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Identity Verification ( KYC): okjli is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and other supporting documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjli login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. okjli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your okjli account at any time by contacting our support team. okjli reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the okjli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and payments:

• Accepted Payment Methods: okjli currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI internet banking, BDO internet banking, and Metrobank online banking. Available payment methods may change from time to time at okjli's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your okjli account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of your bank.
• No Deposit Fees: okjli does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which okjli accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okjli does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5 Withdrawals

okjli is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okjli reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name and matching the details on your okjli account. okjli will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals may not be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. You must complete all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Right to Withhold: okjli reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okjli offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okjli reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• okjli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, okjli will honour any bonus funds already credited to the player's account, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, okjli's decision shall be final and binding.

7 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the okjli Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and account status.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okjli will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. okjli's decision in such matters is final.
• Void Bets: okjli reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event that has been cancelled, or placed in circumstances where a technical error affected the odds or game outcome.
• Certified RNG: All random outcomes on the okjli Platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to any PAGCOR-imposed exclusion order.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your okjli account.

9 Responsible Gaming

okjli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okjli Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of okjli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without okjli's prior written consent.
• Use any okjli trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of okjli's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by okjli.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjli's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okjli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okjli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

okjli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. okjli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond okjli's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okjli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

okjli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okjli is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okjli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okjli will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or regulatory matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply and take precedence over any other dispute resolution mechanism set out in these Terms.
